99 Mustang GT 4.6L Cooling Fan Won't Come On
 

I have a 99 Mustang GT, and the cooling fan won't come on I replaced the ccrm, and put a new electric radiator fan motor in, and check all the fuses, but as soon as I replaced the ccrm and turned the car back on fan did kick on for about 3 second's then it blew the 50 amp fuse, and fan kicked off, then I replaced the fuse started the car back up again and it blue the fuse out again.

So does anyone have any ideas of what to do next or have had the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.
