00 GT getting a 5.4 4v

So I'm in the middle of my 5.4 4v swap over to my 00 GT. I'm excited to get it back on the road, but there's still lots of work to do. I did not reverse the wires for the Navigator coils because it sounds like the info is debated and unproven. The wires have all been extended, the BBK fuel rail kit has been installed with custom made brackets to hold it down. The motor just did not want to go in without hitting the brake booster. Which leads me to a question. What problems would I run into, (if any) by eliminating the stock Hydro booster style unit and replacing it with a more clearance friendly OE unit that doesn't have the accumulator on the side?

Swap over the booster to 96-98 specs, including lines. It will give you the room you need. I believe the master also has to be swapped out.

If you don't want to swap it you will need k member spacers and turn the booster slightly over towards the fender. I did it with a large punch and sledge hammer
