Is it a PI intake or not??
 

I am beginning the process of swapping out my heads and intake out of my 98 Gt for the pi heads and intake. I noticed that the one on my motor has the aluminum crossover on it. I didnt think those were made until the 2001 model year. Did the stock 98 gt's come with the aluminum crossover. If someone already did the swap on my car, is there an easy way to find out if they did? thanks

Just take the intake manifold off and look at the ports. Squareish shape is PI. Also, if you take the valve covers off, PI should be casted somewhere.

They also made an updated non PI manifold with the metal coolant crossover. You might have the updated manifold.
