if u buy one brand of long tube headers how hard would it be to put a diff brand midpipe on or does it not make a difference

Im a bit lost on your question. When you run long tubes you have to run a shorty mid pipe. Its one that made for long tubes and its much shorty then the ones made for stock or shorty headers.

You can mix and match different brands.
