longtube headers with sportlines??

ok im looking to switching my shorties for longtubes mostly for the sound and for a few extra ponies. i have eibach sportlines installed on my car the question is will i scrap ridiculous with long tubes?? or is my only option to get a prokit and then get longtubes??

id keep the shorties....and slam that biatch. I dont think the hp gain is worth the swap....

Yes you will. Personally, I'd get rid of the 2" drop w/ something between a .75-1.5" drop to get your handling back and add the headers for more power.

What kind of shorties are they and how long you had them?

I would not get longtubes with a low drop, other option is midlength headers.

I have some hookers and I have a 3.5" drop and they scrape everywhere...:(

bassman97 09-07-2007 11:13 AM

If you can find headers w/ a 2.5" collector, you should be fine. However, I think all headers for our cars have a 3" collector, which is the problem...
