Suggestion Needed CAI

I'm going to be purchasing a CAI (COld Air Intake) and a Tuner in the near future. I was wondering what you all would consider, from experience, the best combo on the market. I'd like it to be Quality and Performance.

I'm looking at the Ford Racing 90MM Kit with the Factory Tuner but it's about 100 bucks more than say a JLT with the SCT X-2 Tuner. I've read alot of good things about the SCT Tuner, but I'm new to tuning these new cars, and if any of you have input on these Tuners and CAI intake combos please if you can share them with me.

I've also looked at the New Hyper Pac unit but that alone is selling for 600 Beans.

My car is a 2007 GT 5 speed.

Oh yeah one other thing is there a web site I can read my VIN to see what Rear Is in the car? It does not have the 100 dollar 3.55's in it, I think it has 3.73 but I'm not certain.

Thanks in advance

If you bought your car new from Ford and did not install gears, then it could not possibly have 3.73's unless Ford had that as an option that I am not aware of. I would be really surprised.

As far as CIA and tuner, I would go with the SCT and C&L for the 05's and up. But, there are quite a few options now.

My bad on the gearing, I read that stock 5 speeds have the 3.55's in them, so 3.73 I do not have, but I'm still not 100% sure I'm still researching it. The 3.55's are an option that I did not get, unless I'm missunderstandign that the 3.55's are only an option with the automatic and are standard with the 5 speed???

Still looking

Now I just read that it has 3.31's oye I need to get to the bottom of this

1999 to 2004 GT's all came stock with 3.27's. The 2005+ stangs I believe have 3.31's. I am not sure if autos and 5 speeds were different.

If you get a chance, you should think about dropping 4.10's in the car.
