Will dirty fuel injectors cause a stumble and popping noises at wot?

Yes they can, so can a clogged fuel filter. If your sure its fuel related that is.

could also be bad plugs. You need to eliminate one to prove the other.

Or dirty MAF element....bad 02 sensors
