Steeda Firewall Cable Adjuster.

Can some one explain EXACLTY how to adjust the cable using the firewall adjsuter? like......Which way do you turn it? How much do you turn it? If i want the Clutch to Engage/Disengage with LESSER pedal travel, wheich way do I turn the adjuster?
