JLT Cold Air for my Bullitt?
 

So i saw this new JLT True Cold Air Kit specifically built for Bullitt Mustangs. So my question is simple; does this supposed performance intake actually produce noticable gains on the Bullitt or is it just a bunch of BS? If so how much should i expect? It says that it will give 10-15 hp to the wheels but i don't believe that. So what's the real deal with these bullitt cold air kits?

I say BS. Plus they are just painted PCV, go make your own if you want an intake.

If you can get me a link to the dyno sheet, I'm sure I can talk to the guys that did the testing. JLT's are made right here in Va Beach and each of the shops where he does testing are places that I know pretty well. I can get to the nitty gritty and get back with findings.

Yes it is helpful. One of my good buds had a bullitt and did the JLT and pulleys at the same time, jumped up 16 hp to the wheels. Plus it looked damn good going into the fender-well. I also have the JLT ram air on my car, the PVC doesnt heat up like the metal crap BBK does. Plus it had the pros of ram air by taking out the headlight at the track.

I have a JLT on my 03 gt. I like it alot and matches the car, pricey definatley. The only other intake I'd really compare is an anderson powerpipe. I had a densecahrger, didn't like it but it was better than my mac straight shot which basically brought in hot air so once at operating temp I think the stock inlet was better. Who knows, I like mine.

I heard that they are pretty good, but yes they are pricey
