X-Pipe or H-Pipe

I was doing some research on the X, or the H pipe and I have learned that the X-Pipe depending on which one you get will increase HP and the H-Pipe depending on which one you get will increase TQ.. Am I correct on this or am I way off floating like a cloud???? I would like the H-Pipe because I want my TQ number higher because i'm looking for a better launch, and not worried about HP numbers.......I also want that nice deep rumble that an H-Pipe gives....any suggestions would be appreciated...thanks,

Bragg

I think you'll see a increase in both hp & tq with either one, but I think you tend to lose more low end tq with an x pipe. I was also concerned about tq when making my choice and decided to try the Mac Prochamber....and love it. The sound is pretty good (I have cats) and didn't seem to lose a lot of low end tq.

I have had an o/r h and o/r x. H is the way to go if you want rumble, x is more raspy especially with chambered muffs. Here is a clip with H:
