Long Tubes for my Snake!

I am wanting long tube headers for my 96 Cobra, are they worth it? Where can i get a good deal. Will it sound differen?

Yes it will sound different. Do you have a cat back yet? I would just do the full exhaust all at once if you dont have any other exhaust parts yet.

Right now the cats are removed with dyno max mufflers, i want a low aggresive tone,X or H pipe, what is a good price for long tubes and mid pipe, thanks for the advice

I went with Hooker Jet Hot Coated.

Its hard to find headers for the 96-98 4v's. Best bets for LT's are Hooker or something similar for our years. However, be prepared to shell out the moolah.

For a low throaty sound would i be better off with a x or h pipe?
If h pipe is better than could i use the factory h pipe?
Is there much difference in HP between brands such as Mac, Hooker, Flowtech etc...?
What would be a good deal for headers and mid pipe?

H pipe sounds deeper but at the cost of HP. There are not many options for 96-98 Cobras. Make sure the header and xpipe match as not all headers are compatable with all xpipes.
