damn u.p.s

So i ordered new tires for my stang....ordered them through tire rack with no problems at all.they even sent them out same day..i got the two day shipping cause i needed them quick. so i started following the tracking number and sure enough they were in my town in two days......sooo they never show up at my house.....ok i paid for two day shipping but i can handle waiting an extra day.......so another day goes by and still no tires...mind you they have been in my towns ups for two days now......so on the fourth day im sitting at work when i get a phone call from my mom saying there is a stack of tires sitting on the sidewalk in front of my house....so i rush home and suer enough ups left my tires just sitting on the sidewalk ...not even a knock at the door to let us know they were here.....i have some young punks living next door so im lucky they didnt take them when they seen a stack of tires just chillin on the sidewalk.....so yea that my boring story...damn ups left a few hundred dollars worth of tire on my sidewalk 2 days late on 2 day shipping.

Call and complain. Get your money back... as in shipping charges i mean

That sucks man.... I actually got my tires for free, its been about six months and they still have not charged my card yet.:pepper:

Call UPS. Tell them you paid for 2 day shipping and you didnt get the product in two days. They will tell you that the company who shipped them to you has to refund your shipping charges, but that you have filed a compaint because of the lack of the "on time" delivery. They should credit Tire Rack's UPS account, and in turn Tire Rack should credit you.

I had a Next Day Air Saturday Delivery package not delivered on a saturday. I called UPS and they refunded my moolah :).

No, if you claimed they never showed up they would initiate a tracer and track them down. Trust me, they would be found. UPS is quite good at doing that.

Seriously though, just get your shipping charges refunded.
