ok i just washed and wax the car today but i can't drive it till the middle of april.... i just wannna go for a ride sooo bad right now... when i started it i was just like damn that sounds insane!!! but since i got a ticket for the exhaust about 3 months ago my dad is making me take it off before i get it registered but i also need new tires and idk... i wish there was a way so he would let me keep the pipe on....any1 else experienceing anything else like this or annoyed that they can't drive there car!!

I put headers and a midpipe on mine when it was away for the winter, then after it was all put on and i drove it around in front of work for about 5 minutes, it went home and back into the garage which is 3 minutes from work.

id like to drive it but im not going to. I put it on jack stands and left the tank almost empty for that specific reason.

Nope, pretty much sunny and 60 degrees all winter for me! Sorry, couldn't pass it up.

You could try to sell your your LM1's and get something a little quieter with the money you get. Or get a prochamber with cats or something like that to quiet it down.

Heh, a couple months ago i was sitting at a light, cop pulls up next to me and checks out my car, then he cupped his hand to his ear as in saying "LETS HEAR IT!" reved to redline and let it pop down 500 and back up a couple times. Cop just laughed and gave me a thumbs up before he took off as the light turned green.

well yeah... those big fart cannons are obnoxious, its like somone ate a bunch of chili and chugged a quart of ex-lax, sounds like somone's got the hershey squirts, while a V8 has that deep rumble, a commanding presence stating that there is something to be reckoned with under the hood. yeah it's a lil colder then that now, but it's sunny and no clouds...there used to be this kid that lived in my apt. complex that drove an old stingray with just headers comin out by the doors and exiting behind them...it was Rediculously loud..dunno what happened but I could always hear him coming literally half a mile away...

cops here are ALWAYS eyeing me trying to get me a ticket, i don't think they realize just cuz my car LOOKS good, doesn't mean its fast...again I point out the 45mph ticket in the 35 mhp zone which he said was 30 mph...i said W/e just paid the stupid ticket...what sux about them is you can't get outa some Bull**** tickets, it cost more to fight them then to just pay them...

IE friend got a 50 dollar ticket for his exhaust WHICH was obtained because they were at a local ricer hang out and a civic with a super fart cannon drove by and reved his engine, it's 30 bucks if he went to court and won...whoa ho now he has to pay the 30 dollars which saves him 20 bucks on something he didn't do...flat out if you win a case you shouldn't have to pay...its not like the state doesn't have a steady flow of speeding ticket fines that can cover the "court room fees"
