dsdaddy 01-06-2006 03:39 PM

Not a big fan of the interior, but otherwise I would love to have it.

95bstallion 01-06-2006 03:40 PM

You do not comment on the bosses post unless you want to get banned. :devil2:

MattJ 01-06-2006 04:27 PM

Newer cars arent that much of a problem but older cars, id NEVER buy without looking at. youll never know how much mud is on it.

WaterDR 01-06-2006 06:38 PM

Exactly!!!! I would love to get one of these, but I gots to see it and gots to drive it first

Lances03SVT 01-06-2006 08:06 PM

A guy near me used to have the sweetest Mach 1.All black with Cragar SS's on it.I have'nt seen it around in a long time though.

Phantom1313 01-06-2006 08:15 PM

oddly enough, the guy who lives about a block and a half behind my house has the exact same car in the exact same color...they are soooooo freakin sweet....i got to rev the engine and i almost wet myself.....gahhhhh, it was delicious...unfortunately i wasnt able to drive it, he wouldnt let me...but just sitting in a car with that much power under the hood is amazing...

14.5 with a salvage title? no thanks

WaterDR 01-06-2006 09:13 PM

I don't really care about the salvage title. That only means it was restored right? Besides, this is obviously a drivers car and not a concourse puzzy.

rebelyell 01-06-2006 11:47 PM

always, ALWAYS read the feedback for ebay sellers. This one raises red flags . I wouldn't trust him. reserve met at 14 k seems a little low for that baby. :nono:

Plus he only sold 3 items on ebay. This don't sound right. :devil2:

SpinMedia 01-07-2006 12:09 AM

I rather have like an old stingray or something, not to big of a fan of the old mach's.

madmatt 01-07-2006 07:44 AM

I dunno, like yall said, without seeing it, theres no telling what he actually has in it, or how much rust is ALL OVER IT. It has a 429 in it, so not numbers matching, if that matters to anyone, but to me, in the age of people paying a million for a hemi cuda, it matters.

no that means the car was salvaged/totaled

WaterDR 01-07-2006 09:12 AM

Well, I guess the point being that sounds like the car was prolly restored anyway. I would not want to buy a collector car, just something nice that I can drive around and work on hear and there.

Lances03SVT 01-07-2006 09:15 AM

My buddy has a 72 Chevelle that's probally an 11 sec or better car with Nitrous that is in show condition for sale for only $9000.

Damn boss that's harsh LMAO

Yea if your interested I can get you some pic's. :beerchug:

Shambles 01-07-2006 02:31 PM

Um....yeah that car doesnt have the original engine....if it was a Mach 1 it would have been a 429, not a 351 that this guy is claiming.

In fact, it might not even be a Mach 1 if it had originally a 351, which he put a 429 in....

For a restore though, it looks quite nice.

WaterDR 01-07-2006 03:52 PM

Chris you sure about that? I though Mach's had 351's also.

Lance, I was just pulling your leg about the photo. Keep then dam bow tie pics off this site - LOL
