Anybody make their own v3 ringtones?

What software do you use? I'm currently using MPT to transfer ringers to my girfriends pink v3 and after i transfer the ringers, they sound like crap. I used mp3 trim to cut down the ringers to like 30-45 secs. When i play them on my phone they sound distorted/cut up. What can i do to fix this?

You are going to have to cut them up and use software like p2kman in order to get them to transfer.

Go to motomodders.net to get everything that you need to know. You might as well flash/flex her phone with a new software set to update it.

Check out motox.us for more info as well.

I can already cut them up and transfer them. I've tried p2k man but i gave up working with it, since after 2 hrs of trying to recognize her phone as being connected, i gave up. Installed MPT and it took all but 5 mins to start transferring songs, but when they play, they sound like ass. Thats my problem, how do i fix the bad soud quality? Bad data cable maybe?

with p2kman there is a specific way you have to get the PC to recognize the drivers. I'll see if I can dig up the link that you'll need in order to fix that.

I use Audacity but your phone has to recognize *.mp3 files.

If your computer has bluetooth just use audacity to chop up the specific part of the song you want, save it as a 128kbps mono MP3 and then send it to the phone.

Yes, however i don't have a bluetooth adapter for my pc..:(

Well my phone has windows, so I use Microsoft Activesync to acess my windows folder on the phone.

But audacity is a free program that does all that stuff. My phone is really quiet so im able to adjust all that from the program and save it so it sounds loud but clear. Youll have to mess with the dB slope.
