Im gonna go ahead and give it to springstang, Because yeah there are people such as Lance who have super nice cars because they just look so nice clean and classie, but common slapping rims and dropping your car wont exactly just do it.

Over all springstang's car has came a long way and he has really modded the **** out of it and once he gets a hood its just gonna be so badass.

And not to be a dick but common, people like dannyb who slap a spoiler on their car cant exactly expect to win a "Coolest looking car" competition, lets be honest here.

but yeah, even though im not a fan of the color yellow, overall springstang takes it.

oush bro. I could have just done without that comment. As for mods, I've done far more than a spoiler. Nearly $2000 worth has gone into modding and I have $900 worth of stuff waiting to be put on. Just bc my mods arent as eye-popping as springs' doesnt mean that I don't deserve it.

I also think that all of our cars would be modded more if we had the kind of money like springs does also. Not having to pay for gas, insurance, mortgage, cell, internet, electric, water, groceries, tuition, etc certainly gives more money to spend on mods

lets poll on it... sometimes that simple look looks better than a highly modded body...

cars should only be eligable if you pay for every cent of it. that would leave a couple of the members out. mommys money dont count.

Dude, that is total BS. A lot of people have done a lot of nice things to thier cars.

In the last thread on this stuff some dickhead sandbagged me when my car was nominated because he said all i did was throw on some stickers. Yeah right, ive done a hellovalot more than that.

The thing about my car is after ALL THIS CRAP i have done, it is STILL Obviously a Mustang GT, the only non subtle thing i have done is the rallystripes.. A lot of work has been put into the appearance on this, a lot of waxing, a lot of cleaning,

Remember, this is not a contest to who has done the most, but who has pulled it off the best and made it look the nicest. After all, if you do EVERYTHING yer gonna end up with a ricer.

This is more about best overall appearance than "who has done the most"

Ditto. And thank you slappy. That rant was nicely put. The origins of the contest was just the nicest car(including cleanest) from stock. Basically, throwing on a chin spoiler and grill delete and calling it a day wouldn't work out. I agree that my car didin't deserve it bc I had stock rims/springs when enarly every other member had one of those 2 (or both)areas modded.








However...within about a week, that will be a different story.... :cool:

I guess take me out of the drawing too then.

I bought my stang with everything on it except the short shifter, T/B and plenum, and wheels and tires.

That is all the stuff I did personally. I guess here is another reason. I was given a hand me down car for my first car. 1997 Volkswagen Jetta which I then turned around and sold for the Stang. Took out a loan for the rest of the difference. So I guess you can say that I didn't pay for the partian the jetta paid for.

even if somone didnt, who cares,if you dont like it go start your own "best looking ugly brown mustang contest" the guy in the pics forum who bought the GT for his son, if his son came on and was nominated, there should be no reason he shouldnt be eligible

dont be mad because you cant afford mods because you have "bills" or because you dont have as nice a car as some, lifes not fair...but get over it ;)
