05 seats in an 02
 

I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any issues trying to install 05 GT seats in a 99-04 GT :confused:

y woudl u do that get cobra seats

Actually I wouldn't mind putting 05 seats in my car either, i really like them.

unless theyre free, it would be a waste

but my guess is they most likley dont fit anyways, the tracks are probably different width ,length, etc

My buddie has an 05 and he might be getting different seats...either Z06 seats or some aftermarket racing things...he said I can have his...the 05 seats are so much more comfortable.

dude seats are pretty much universal, just ask him for the bottom rails of it and you can put them in your car.

Even if that you can go to ford and get the rails yourself. But you also need to check the width of the cushion may not fit between the center console and the door. I'm curious about this so give us a heads up if it works.

I'll keep you guys posted...he still has to see if the Z06 seats will fit in his 05 GT
