BUT, why?? what is so WRONG about giving THESE wheels to a cobra?

Those wheels are not right. I can't place it, but something is dicked-up about them. They look like I have seen them on a different car. I want to say a '96 Cobra.

i have those rims on my 2001 v6, yeah i figures they werent stock and theyre ugly as hell, i wish i had the stock ones

but DON'T you DARE give v6 rims to a cobra. those rims are so small and the tires are skinny as dimes. NOt to mention ugly. But to down grade from 4v v8 rims to 2v v6 rims...gross

nope...01 cobras had those...look again for something 01 cobra EXCLUSIVE(but not 03-04 cobra exclusive).

The tail lights dont have the amber at the bottom, just solid red? Cant remember if that was a 99 and 01 thing or just a 99 thing. Pretty sure thats it though.

DING DING DING DING DING. too bad I dont work for MT or i could give u a reward. but yes, ALL 01 cobras have the amber in the taillights, and I see NO reason why any cobra owner would want any different. I'm startin to wonder if maybe this was a v6 just w/ the cobra engine dropped into it...

could be the previous owner sold the car to the dealer with stock v6 rims on it, so he could keep his newer ones...he probably also sold the stock cobra rims and then needed new ones fast...a buddy of mine wrecked his mustang and had OZ's on it, so he took them off and gave the insurance company 4 donuts...lol

He prolly hads a buddy with a Gt or sixer and when he sold the car swapped all the parts (wheels, tails out) That's what I would ask of a friend of mine selling a cobra :D
