You have to use an audio converter. Something like Adobe Audition will do the trick, although thats the expensive retail program.

If you need something converted send it to me. I've got Audition and I can convert files without any problem.

Yeah thanks.. :rolleyes: ...no, but seriously heres the thing..i'm downloading music right now, but most files seem to be in mp3 format, and my question is, will media player convert it to regular audio formats that will play on my cars cd player at the time i'm burning cd's? :confused: ... I hope you understand my question! :o

mp3s can go on a cd...you dont need a special mp3 cd...the special mp3 cds are designed to fit hundreds of tracks, but you can burn regular mp3s to a regular cd but u can only fit as many as a normal cd...like 12-18 or so
