After 4.25 years It is finally coming to a close.

Never thought this day would ever come. Come August 5th I will be a college graduate. It still hasn't sunk in yet. Maybe once I walk across the stage it will then sink in. I am about 75% sure that I will have full time job post graduation. I should know for sure two weeks from now.

This has been an interesting year to say the least everything seems to hit all at once. But I pushed through and I am in a rather good position right now. I guess hard work does pay off eventually.

Just thought I'd share.

Plan on making the next chapter in my life a good one.

Thats sweet. I should be there in 2 more years.

Congrats, young man. Hopefully you're in a field you will enjoy, and that pays good. Just remember, at work, always document shit, and watch for backstabbers in the workplace. Gaadam work jungle is just that... a jungle.. Good Luck... :)

Congratulations, John! It will sink in. Maybe give it a few days or weeks or something. Whatever happens, you'll do well. :)

congrats, My oldest step-daughter is just starting her college life around the time you are exiting, and will be in college for the next 8yrs for Animal Vet.

It will hit you when the student loan police start knocking on your door!

PistonsFan102 07-07-2010 09:53 AM

Congrats man! I can't wait to get out of college (sort of, lol).

Just keep searching. It's not easy to come right out of college and find a great job. You'll find something you enjoy. Just remember, just because you have a degree now, doesn't mean some company is going to throw a lot of money at you.
