CAD guys... I need some help.
PM me if you're interested in a very small project. I might be able to pay a little but this is only for a reference. I need a 3d model, doesn't have to be exact, just good.

I don't have much experience yet but depending on what the model is of I might be able to halp. I use 3dsmax but from what I understand it's more advanced than AutoCAD as far as the scope of options.

PM'd.

hey R3D I can use 2D CAD or auto desk inventor ( which is more of a CAD friendly program) Just let me know.
Oh and Auto Desk maya which is more advanced than what Pcola is using Also helps that my major is Design and Development... and a Minor in Animation. |
sorry i dont use 3d
i stay in 2d and i use Carlson Survey 2010 with AutoCAD i do like land title surveys, alta/acsm, topograhpic, slab surveys, form surveys, metes/bounds and exhibits |
3.8: thanks... I have to stick with 3d for now. I don't think we'll find the problem areas that are bound to pop up with 2d unless we do a TON of drawings.
Others, replied. All, thanks much for your help. I really do appreciate it. |
Nothing to do with your project, but I wonder how many people realize the price of a license for using Autocad is. We use it at work and can only have 1 program for all users. If you want to use it the other person must log off. And the fee is fucking outlandish. These guys already made a killing from this software, but a few guys I know cracked it and have on a disc.. LOL.. Our engineers are using something else sometimes too, but they won't let me have acces to their stuff. greedy bitches.. :p

I have some experience with Autocad 3D modeling. Maybe I can help you out.

Wombozi, how much spare time you got? It's not a small project.

college pays off sometimes....all the computers here have some form of cad. whether it be solid works, autocad, or Pro-E. i havent used any of those programs in like 2 years.

I think our engineers all use a program called Kruise.. I think autocad is included with that. Limited access to that stuff for a lowly technician like me.. They can draw up some amazing shit from the simplest stuff to downright mind boggling..
