MY RANT FML
 

Just recently sold my 2000 Jeep cherokee a few months back. Got a 2008 Subaru legacy daily driver.

Last night my tpms light comes on. I figure ill handle it in the morning.

Morning comes, Tires flat......

I need to purchase 4 new tires because its an AWD vehicle and the other 3 tires have almost 11,000 miles on them



Sooo there goes close to $600 for 4 fuckin tires, coulda been mustang money

just pissed and letting it be known

OE tires is a Yokohama ADVAN A82A (Ultra High Performance All-Season)

quoted at $174 a tire through tirerack before tax, shipping, etc bullshit

went with


ContinentalExtremeContact DWS(Ultra High Performance All-Season)
at $124 a tire from a local guy

just put on the one new tire, get the whole thing up on jacks except the one tire, tie the card down real good, and burn the hell outta the new tire untill it matches the rest.

I agree man. Everyone needs new tires at some point for their DD. Or as I call it "my car". same as gas, oil changes, insurance. Sell the Subaru, get a Mustang, drive it, put tires on it as needed.. Problem solved.. :p

please... :rolleyes: and when you fuck up your AWD and have to spend thousands on repairs you'll be rethinking your decision.
