Good trade?
 

6 months ago I bought some pypes shorty headers for the mustang. A month ago I decided to get long tubes when I get my cams. Now I thought I was stuck with these useless shorty's and could possibly sell them for MAYBE 200 if I was lucky.

Well, I ran into a guy on craigslist who had nearly mint anthracite 18x9 fr500 wheels, which came wrapped in sumitomo htrz II's. He traded straight up for them. One of the tires was busted though so I bought a new one from AM and its being delivered tomorrow.

Good trade? Ill post pics of my car with them when I get toss them on tomorrow.

Why does it matter if it's a good trade if you're already traded? Typically, this would be a question that is asked before the trade is done.

So you traded a set of shorty headers, worth about $200 for a set of four rims with tires, worth nearly that much each. Yeah, that's a good trade.

I think he was more along the lines of asking us if he did good


I think you came out on top...the car will look a lot better now with different rims on it.

I understand that, but obviously, if you traded a set of basically useless shorties for a decent set of wheels, common sense says that is a good trade, haha!
