Customer Service still exists.
 

I am about to reveal exactly how big a nerd I truly am.

During our recent move to Germany, my youngest son and I lost some of our CD's for our audiobook for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. We have looked through all of our stuff and they are no where to be found.

I sent Random House an email about getting some replacements. They informed me they had no provisions for replacing lost or damaged CD's. And under normal circumstances the entire book would have to be replaced. :confused:

However, this nice gentlemen informed me that he was able to gather the exact discs we need and would be happy to mail them out at no charge!!! :eek: wft!! As long as I provided the address. I replied and thanked him and offered to pay shipping at least but the discs were put in the mail today and should be here soon.

It's just not often enough I get to brag about some out standing customer service, I'm usually have to call some one and their mother foul names just to get some one to do their fucking jobs.

I don't even have a name to put out there and say this was a great guy or gal, they just always signed "The customer support team"
