Okay, so mom wrecked her aurora. I don't feel like posting the pics, but it broke the K member and broke the A arm, and ripped the axle and wheel off the right side, and twisted the entire frame, soo bad the sunroof popped out and the windshield got wrapped around, kinda hard to explain, anyways. We go to get a rental car, cobalt, silverado, or g5. She wants the g5. we get home to find that it has power NOTHING in it. But its not a problem i just wanted to drive a new 4cyl around a bit see how they run. Its an auto so im wantin to hear it hit 7k rpm, i put it down in 1st and hold er and it shifts im like wtf, dunno how to control it, but it has no low end whatsoever, after 5k rpms it feels like a S/C kickin in, felt like i was flying, but i look down and seen 30mph. Pretty fun little test drive, and i enjoyed squealing its little tires off. No wonder ricers get their big head.

I don't think you need the exclamation point after read. The story wasn't all that interesting. Sorry to say. Do you have manuel envy or something? Seems like you like to shift and beat the shit out of your automatic transmissions.

i was excited, had fun in my first 4cyl. never got the chance to rev one out.

I used to work at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, this story = failure.

Slid off the back of a tow truck! Just kiddin, she was goin 60 on a highway and a litterally blind guy driving a car came out of a sideroad didnt stop, and hit her front quarter panel, right in front of the wheel, she hit it slid off the side of it and spun around 3-4 times across a 4lane, lucky she didnt get hit again. the guy gets out and he was on a suspended DUI, blind in one eye, lazer surgery on the other. okay ive moved my car in a driveway drunk, it was mighty hard, but driving drunk with 1 bad eye? DAMN.

Geez, I would have a dollar collar on, and in a wheelchair while I was in court suing the hell out of that blind drunk. But if he had no insurance I guess it would be a waste of time and fake injuries. I sure hope if someone hits me that hard, they're driving a BMW or something cause my neck is gonna hurt no matter what.. ;)

they got insurance, but moms feelin on not pursuing it, im like how can u have a heart? i know if someone could sue u they would so may as well do onto others as they would do onto you. u cant be nice in a cruel world. i know if my car got totaled out and it wasnt my fault id be sueing becuz id prob only get 4k from my insurance, if even that, and id want my baby replaced.

those auroras are pretty sweet. I think that car had the only DOHC V8 that GM had to offer. they are pretty fun to drive and sound friggin sweet, but def not a Ford DOHC V8 though sorry gm. :smokin: well as long as ur mom is ok. So is she gonna get a new car???

Shes doin better, and we dunno how much were gettin yet, some of its goin twoards my college.

EDIT - Yeah, it had a bad ass v8 in it. it was a 4.0. That was one bad engine, it had all stock exhaust and you'd start it and it would just roar. I'd say i could pop a few stangs in it! Haha.

my dad had one with a v8 in it, thouse cars move pretty good even tho they look like eggs.lol
