AARGH

I CANNOT believe that they are letting that British company rename the Sears Tower! Fuckers. That pisses me off to no end . Who the fuck wants a national landmark named "Willis Tower?" Fucking Statue of Liberty will probably be next. <end rant>

Buildings change names all the time.

I bet your are really gonna be pissed because Wrigley Field may not have that name for long.

Sad, but true. I'd like to see it stay Sears Tower, but I think we have bigger problems to worry about. Heck, I'm suprised a Chinese company didn't go for it.

If I renamed your children "f*ckface" and "sh*t eater," and there was nothing you could do about it, would you be happy? The point is that was the name of the building (and a very well known name at that,) and by removing its "proper" name they have forever altered its character. They might as well have dynamited it.

Damn dude, you're acting like someone kicked your grandma.. It's just the name of a building for christ' sake.. Sears owned it first, and now someone else does.. Simple economics, kind of like when AT&T bought the "Batman Building" here in Nashville and changed the logo at the top to theirs..
