thats sick. Cool saleen rims haha

INtZ 09-25-2008 01:06 PM

who thinks of stuff like this. there's a vid on streetfire.net of an ls1 in a skyline and another vid of a camaro with a 2jz from a toyota supra. in my mind thats like saying 2+2=purple

King 09-25-2008 01:26 PM

I think it was sort of cool, with exception of that scoop. It's off center.

PureStang 09-25-2008 01:50 PM

hood is stock

King 09-25-2008 03:18 PM

That's sad then. I don't like the scoop on it at all, and then for it to be off center as a factory deal just adds to the fugliness.

Its better then the horse shit rotary motor that comes in them aka the spinning Doritos.

PColav6 09-25-2008 08:00 PM

Sweet, but those cars are ugly as fuck.

Theres a guy that came to my buddys house for a party a while back, that has a LS1 in his older 280z I think it was. That thing was unreal, filled up that whole engine bay for sure!

Yes they are, but that's why you gotta go with a later model where they actually lookd pretty cool.

Not when they are bridgeported i'll give you they don't have the rumble of a muscle car but I enjoy the sound of a chainsaw

asked him if he'd swap for my stang.

White04GT 09-26-2008 11:17 AM

My friend has a 94 TT RX-7 and it is a really fast little fucker, honestlly I don't think it sounds that bad for an import, and it sounds better than any v6 mustang with exhaust. I still like the sound of my V8 though.

the sounds of an rx7 and a mustang v8 are two totally different things and it's ok to like them both.

Just becuase I like the sound of a guitar doesn't mean I have to hate the sound of gunfire

King 09-26-2008 12:05 PM

True, and I'm not hatin' on you for liking it. A lot of people do, it's just not my thing.

Lazerred6 09-26-2008 12:18 PM

I understand I used to not like them as much and then I started working on a friends and they are just so damn interesting

King 09-26-2008 12:23 PM

Too electronic if you ask me. I tried working on an import once and gave up because there were too many electrical wires and whatnot. I really like playing with the old carburetor engines because there are very few electrical wires to play with.

Lazerred6 09-26-2008 12:30 PM

the older rx's are carbed and yeah carbs are fun

I really like the twin turbo 13B rew motor though cause when honda guys are taking about thier efficient motors that are 100 hp per liter you can just say well the 92+ rx7s have 200 hp per liter so you still got a ways to go nice try though:D

King 09-26-2008 12:36 PM

Yeah but without their turbos they wouldn't have that power per liter. There is nothing I love more than to have a tuner guy come up to me and talk the talk with his turbo ricer crap and still get owned by me on all motor.

Lazerred6 09-26-2008 12:40 PM

The only defence that the 7 has for that is that it is still a stock motor the gt500 kr has 100 per liter too and I give it that cause it's a stock motor. When it comes down to it though hp per liter dosen't mean shit. Hp per lb is what matters

King 09-26-2008 12:45 PM

You can have 10,000hp in the engine, but if it's not hitting the ground, it's worthless.

but not in all lol:D

King 09-26-2008 02:04 PM

Didn't they decommission those like four years ago?

Lazerred6 09-26-2008 02:12 PM

I believe so
