There's not even that much red, it's just in the headers, and the links. Switch that to a dark gray and the blue to a lighter gray and it'll be good.

woah When i opened the site up i thought i had gone to the wrong site. Defiantly not digging it. The banner is kinda lame.

jjtgiants 06-10-2008 01:43 PM

not digging the new site, but at least we are not forwarded to the Audi site.

True, I wonder what's keeping these boards going.

Go to your admin CP, and view the list of administrators, list them all here. lol

spike_africa 06-10-2008 02:12 PM

Its none of us that have done this. I sent another email to AM.com asking why it is linking the forum button to the other mustang website instead of our like it always had. I mean we send so much business to them its nuts.

Well I know it's no one that posts that does it, but whoever is doing it is a forum administrator, since he's got to access the style manager in the admin CP in order to change anything. I doubt he's got any affiliation with AM.

Steeda97 06-10-2008 02:17 PM

I don't like it. Go back to the old one.

IB Adrian 06-10-2008 02:23 PM

Font size increased. This site had a default vbulletin logo and template installed, no modification right out of the box. If you guys would like a custom - better logo, please design one or I can use Pcola's, it has to be 288pixels wide and about 133 pixels tall.

But what prompted the sudden changes? Im just curious.

The site was running an out of the box default template, broken banner tags and etc. I couldn't just neglect it; I realize that people don't like change - but a "stock" vbulletin template with no mustangboards logo was just unacceptable. I am sorry for taking liberties at the design - but I did not see anyone else pro actively involved except Pcolav6 and his fabulous banner :)

00blkstanggt 06-10-2008 02:41 PM

I was definitely not expecting this change when I decided to hop on mustangboards today. It's still pretty plain I must say. Let's get PCola's banner going and some new colors.

Actually the forum should adjust to the size of the banner no matter what, it's just a background image behind it so the banner would just cover it up as long as it's not wider than the forum width it should be fine (But the forum width looks like it's set to a percentage and not a set pixel amount), and it would push the forum down to fit it's height.

That's how IPB works, anyways.

Did you make this style or use a template? I'd like to know what's involved with making a vbulletin style.

And if you don't mind could I photoshop the forum to some less radical colors and you perhaps consider changing it? lol

zigzagg321 06-10-2008 02:56 PM

font is still too small.
