DARE, toys for tots, and such we got out and get people to give donations.

my ? is can someone look at this website for me please and tell me if its a pyramid scan cause it kinda sounds like it

dude i dont want to be a dick, but for any company to hire a little 16 year old fat kid to be a marketing director, specially a kid who dosn't even know what marketing is, there has to be a scam in there somewhere.

Where the hell do you keep coming up with these crazy things, go to school or something and look for a real job. Its Tax season, take a class on taxes and do peoples taxes, you'll make money there.

If it sounds like MLM, then it is. MLM is always a scam and only tards fall for it. You're not in MLM from what I can see... you're in telemarketing. Hell is full to the brim with lawyers and telemarketers.

SpinMedia 01-11-2007 07:20 AM

Those were my second thoughts, its prolly doing telemarketing and cold calling.

Arn't you good at detailing cars?, Start your own little mobile detailing business. Put a banner accross the back of your civic and go to peoples houses detailling their cars.

I use to work for a MLM company that sold Iraqi Dinar and it isn't always a scam. The gist of it is that it works in Tiers. Say for example your in Tier 3, the person that "recruited" you gets a percentage of whatever you buy. In my example people were buying Dinar. Every month you had to buy a minimum of 100 dollars worth of a dinar to be eligible to get a percentage of anyone below you that bought dinar as well. I as a 18 year old highschool graduate was in charge of the member database. I helped organize orders and even package some of the dinar my self. I've seen first hand people taking home 3000 dollars a week because of how much people buy below them. These are guys that have been doing this for years and years though.

All that being said its definitely not for the average joe. Its for people that usually have their own business with quite a few (hundred/thousand) customers already. It is however a legit way to run a business but you HAVE to have a lot of connections and be a good marketer your self.

just stick with the college education and a good highpaying job routine... the only ones that make money in those things, are the ones that are there when it starts...

It says

-------------------------

Im am not interested in your...
-stupid magazines
-misguided religion
-lousy cleaning supplies
-or any other crap you have.
Have a nice day DD
--------------------------

Now, the best part of the sign is the "DD" cause when some illeterate solicitor comes up and doesent read the sign, i can point to the "DD" and say "You know what that is?"
"DEEEEEEEESSSSEEE NUUUUTZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
and slam the door in thier face.

this is what they sent me.

its from speedy signs.com but for some reason the DD's dont show up in the bottem left corner but they were on the actual product. Wording isnt exactly how i thought it was but it is damn close.

lol...

i was outside one day workin in the yard and i saw this chick walking door to door. so she got near my house and i went inside figured i'd let the sign do the talking. Anyways, she gets to my door and STILL KNOCKS. i open the door and look at her and look at the sign. she says to me...
"im not going to try to sell you anything, i just wanted to know i liked your sign"
now... im annoyed, cause still she interrupted my day even tho she diddnt try to sell me anything. but she was kinda cute. so i says
"yeah well i kind of mean it too. im not interested"
she stands there a minuit looking at me so i say
"Wanna come inside and make out with me? see where it goes?"
lol.... so she actually smiles and responds with....
"well im kind of on a schedule and dont have a lot of time"
so i look her up and down and says
"too bad. welp. Bye!" and slammed the door shut.

lol... i dont think she expected any of that.

just a snippet from the wikipedia page on pyramid schemes, of which MLM is a long standing member.

"Success in such ventures rested solely on the exponential growth of new members. Hence the name "pyramid", indicating the increasing population at each successive layer. Unfortunately, simple analysis will reveal that within a few iterations the entire global population would need to subscribe in order for pre-existing members to earn any income. This is impossible, and the mathematics of such schemes guarantees that the vast majority of people who participate in these schemes will lose their invested money."

Iraqi Dinar... dude! that has massive losses written all over it. Why not invest in a Syrian synagogue developer.

I payed a around 300 dollars for 700k dinar. IF the dinar pegs and does take off in 10-20 years I'll have a nice little nest egg from a 300 dollar investment. If nothing happens I'll have a cool story to tell and a little piece of history. Money well spent imo.

stang00 01-11-2007 10:06 PM

Didn't go back to the company today I found a whole thread on scam.com about them.

There not a scam they are for real but are in fact a pyramid scheme. They are misrepresenting the charities they say they are raising money for. They are only giving 5% of the proceeds to the chairties.

This really pisses me off. I want to find a way to bring these people down.

Codiddy 01-12-2007 12:58 AM

It wasn't real huh? Wow i bet nobody saw that coming
