My brother is a pilot. When to Emry Riddle in Fla, and then flew for United, has a two seater too. He just quit that job though and has spent the past 2 month in the NY State Trooper Academy

Have you taken the FAA test yet?

Damn near went through the commercial training, but decided I'd be flying and thinking about cars. It's probably #2 or #3 of my list of things I absolutely LOVE to do. 'Gonna take the new girl up for a little flight here soon. It's definitely something that's great to get friends involved in.

Yes, flying is definitely on the top of my list next to cars.

I got to fly a Cessna when I was in Civil Air Patrol. I put the wings on a vertical angle cause I always wanted to do that. The Air Force Captain I was with didnt even seem to notice.

I can't stress enough how much I'd love to do one of those civilian ride-alongs... My preference would be with the Blue Angels, but hell, I'm not picky. I love how calm those guys stay on the radio.
