there is one sure way to get rid of it but before you do this back up what ever programs or important stuff you have FORMAT the bitch i garantee you that you wont have that virus no more

Ya... laptops are laptops. Try not to keep anything too improtant on there and reformat when anything serious pops up. If you got alot of important stuff on there for work or something you could just get an external HDD and copy anything over to it and then reformat.

i'm going through the same thing with my desktop. Nothing works. It's getting annoying
