Saleen's customer service....
 
Have you ever ordered anything from them? They honestly have the worst customer service ever. I need to order some replacement screens for my bumper and dont even feel like dealing with them. And no telling when they will be shipped. Anyone know where else i could get them from? .

Every time i ordered something from them, i had to call because they didnt include something. Saleen bumper needed lots of prep work and it didnt come with the screens. Side scoops didnt come with screws or instructions. We are not even going to talk about the spoiler that is almost impossible to line up.

I love Saleen parts. But if its not originally installed on a Saleen, it looks like crap and takes lots of prep work.

I haven't dealt with them, but i'll remember to make a note about em as i have heard one other instance of this from my friend.

Dude, 110% agreed. I ordered the Saleen decals, the door Saleen logo's, the stripe kits and the windshield decal... probably a total of $300 from them. I got the Saleen door decals and the windshield decal in decent time... but when it came to buying the stripe kits, it was a big ordeal. I used an American Express for the $110 plus shipping and it was garunteed in 7 days... a month later it still wasn't there, so I called. I told this dude the ordeal and this was his response, "Well did you pay for it?" And my first reaction was a pause for the stupidty, because no I would just call up to see if I could get a free one, but I told him the credit card and he said he would call me back... so an hour later he calls me back and said there was an issue with the computer system's connection with the inventory, and he knew the problem and would get it shipped overnight air mail.

This was a good thing, except for the fact that he sent it to the billing address (after I had told him to send it to the shipping address) and since FedEx wanted a signature and they kept sending it to the wrong address, I had to drive all the way to Bradley International to pick up the decals.

Saleen Customer Service, sucks.

See, this is one reason why I dont know if Id ever buy one of his cars. This isnt the first time ive heard this crap, and you are right about the spoilers, the ones I see usually wont line up right, look funny, or something. Why cant people just put out a quality product...
