That's what I figured as far as Honda and Toyota. Are any years better than others? Again, this is just a beater car, IDC about HP, looks, anything... just something with good gas mileage and fairly reliable.

I've found some VW Jetta's and Golf's in my area that look to be in good shape and such, selling for under 2500. They just have a lot of miles. Both these car get around 35MPG city and 45 highway. Both are 98's 97's I believe. Also come winter, I would take the stang off insurance, so I would save a little money there. |

well after a little looking into it. I'll prolly just wait another 2 years or so. By that time I'll have my career going and a steady and good income. Then I'll just by a new or slightly used car as my dd, maybe something like a Civic Hybrid. The stang would be able to be what I really want it to be... a weekend/evening cruising car and a show car.
