mustangV6_04 04-18-2006 06:20 PM

don't underestimate the power of the 6er.

also my dad was so F**king hard on me when I was learning how to drive. At first it was so hard because the stang was the first car I ever drove and it was a stick, but now I realize it was all with good intensions because I am now an awsome driver and I've been driveing for nearly 2 years. I get into cars with friends and I realize that my dad being hard on was just to make me good and thats really noticable when they drive because they think they can drive stick good but in reality they suck.

mustangV6_04 04-18-2006 06:22 PM

oh ya and good luck on driving

1982 mustang 5.0 04-18-2006 06:24 PM

yeah same here i am always really scared when i am riding in a car with my friends when im not driving

customstang 04-18-2006 06:25 PM

Is it just me or do Mustang e-brakes not work? Neither my old V6 or my buddies V6 will lock up the wheels, haven't tried it on the Mach but I dont think that will either. It sucks watching people have fun whipping the back end around, but I cant :(

1982 mustang 5.0 04-18-2006 06:26 PM

i dont have to use my e brake i just do half a turn and gas it all the way
my car is stick though

CCM 04-18-2006 06:29 PM

Any E-Brake is going to be hard to make lock the wheels up because it's just a mechanical connection to the rear brakes. So unless you're as strong as the hydraulics that normally power your brakes, good luck getting it to lock your wheels up.

In a lot of other cars they can lock em up?!?

Badfish 04-18-2006 07:41 PM

FWD drivers use the ebrake, we dont need to, we have rear wheel torque

1982 mustang 5.0 04-18-2006 07:41 PM

hahahahha rearwheel power baby nothin like it

TEXASPAUL 04-19-2006 08:20 AM
