Ugh...

theres a mach 1 for sale at my local dealership....2003 Blue 5-speed...going for a hair over 20k....

to trade in my car id get about 16k...and i can prolly get more if i go w/ a salesman that helped me choose out a car in the first place...my parents, him and i keep in touch (he called and asked if i was in an accident for he heard of a white mustang running off the road)

so wat do you guys think....4000 +/- to spend on a mach?

and i know u guys are gonna say that i should keep my car cause i just got it..but there has only been 2 mach's and 1 cobra forsale in my area in the last year

BrentK 04-08-2006 08:19 PM

Well machs are awesome although you could get a supercharger for around 4k also sooo...I would say keep your car

BrentK 04-08-2006 08:20 PM

hmm, what are your goals as far as power is concerned?

Lances03SVT 04-08-2006 08:37 PM

What are you waiting for??

PureStang 04-08-2006 08:43 PM

i saw it today as i was crusing thru town at 10 at night so it was closed....ahhaahah.....so who else agrees w/ lance....

powerwise...i wanna go as far as i can w/o goin forced inducted....and a 4v engine is great for that..

but i really wanna beat brandon (40thblkgt) hahahhahahaha

BlitzStyrke 04-08-2006 08:45 PM

I would get the mach! More potential than your GT and it's really not all that much more.

Lances03SVT 04-08-2006 08:47 PM

You can put your CB on the Mach and have more power stock than with all the bolton's for your GT!!!!

If it's not going to hurt you money wise I say do it!!

I would!!

PureStang 04-08-2006 08:50 PM

im gonna go drive over to the dealership tommorow before work to look at it( they're not open before 12) and try to test drive it monday if my buddy is there

steve-o 04-08-2006 08:51 PM

BUY IT! What do you really have to lose? IMO you are gaining!

Lances03SVT 04-08-2006 08:54 PM

Kinda off topic but how do you like the Hurst shifter??

GREG@94GT 04-08-2006 09:00 PM

Your insurance is gonna go up........your gonna have to pay an extra 4 grand you most likely wont get 16k for your car. If you have the money do it but I wouldnt

car is under parents name and i only pay 80 a month....so i figured 100 a month for insurance

Nofire 04-08-2006 10:21 PM

GET IT!!!!!!! I did and don't regret anything about it. The Mach is faster than my old GT with everything done to it. And it's stock (not for long, though). And that's really good on insurance, I pay roughly 150 a month for insurance (I've got 2 tickets though):wallbash:
