I cant believe this chit

How could have been so much in a hurry that i left my wallet on a ATM?:bash: Not only did someone pick it up and tried to use my credit cards but i also had 1100 bucks in it that i withdrew to transfer to my checking account. Now i got to go through the headache of replacing and cancelling all that stuff.

Had to f**king rant because i dont make f ups like this and i dont even put money in my wallet, i had some :censored: jogging pants on and :censored: pockets on them are shallow. :loser:

I need a drink.

WEll, 100% of ATM's have cameras, who ever got it is on film.....bad thing is if the cops will actually put the effort into finding the person!!!!!

But still, that sucks dude!

We just got back from our vacation yesterday, and one of my wife's cousins left his wallet on the gas station counter in Cherokee NC, about 6 hours from his house! So, you're not alone!!!!

jesus man, I really feel for ya......had a childhood experience with my dad just before Christmas that was similar.....he left his wallet in a movie theater and somebody had the nuts to turn the wallet in after lifting all the cash from it (his recently cashed 2 week paycheck)....got nothing for christmas because of it and never forgot it.....felt so bad for him. It's too bad some good hearted person didn't find it and return it to a bank teller for ya....not too many decent people left these days.......karma will get them in the end....hopefully you'll find some good fortune to make up for it.....:beerchug:

100% TRUE STORY:

In July of 2000, we were at the hospital with my daugher who was 11 months old. They had to take blood which was a horrible experience. She was sick and we did not know what was wrong with her. After leaving the hospital, we left for K of C for some food. We were starving. I got to the window and no wallet. I realized I had placed it on the roof of the van....it was a gone. The trip took us on a highway etc....so it was GONE!

Well, I got a phone call. Turns out someone was driving and saw the wallet fall from the sky and slam into his windshield. I was traveling on Rt 309 in Wilkes-Barre which is referred to as the Cross-Valley Highway. I was going over a bridge which goes over another road. The driver was traveling on the road below us.

I went up to his house and picked it up. Everything was in it.

I then went to work and was called by my wife and told that my daughter had cancer.

Just think, I could have been on the way to the hospital...this one being two hours away, with no money, no ATM, no CC's, no insurance information, and no DL, but a good samaritan made a misserable day a bit better for us.

Guys, we did not get back home for 6 months!

I wish I still had that guys name, because I never did tell him about the rest of my life from that moment forward.

Sorry to hear that man, that truly sucks, and I wish more people were honest. I dont know how people sleep at night, my concience is WAY to damn guilty to do something like that. Guess thats the whole boy scout thing...

Thanks for sharing your unfortunate events. Financially, i am over it. I figured a way to replace the money without being Deuce Bigelow. Morally, i am screwed for probably another month.

Ok, it wasnt good enough that they found 1100 in cash, i was checking my account on-line and seen that they had been swiping my debit card at the gas stations. They made 6 swipes at the pump before the credit card services shut the card down. This was all before i realized that my wallet was missing. I already talked to the bank and they said that everything is covered.

How ****ing greedy can you be??

Rabbit 03-03-2006 08:47 AM

like I said earlier, did the ATM not have a camera? Surely they had to look at the tapes and get an ID off of someone!!! (you can sue the **** out of them and get well more than your 1100 back!!)

Ok, when i say swipe... i mean at the pump where you insert the card for gas only transactions. And i am not really sure if i did lay the wallet on top of the ATM machine. I could have laid it on the counter when paying for gas.
