I heard that if you don't use a camber kit when you lower your car you **** the tires cause of uneven tireware...here is the link that talks about it

Yes we have been talking about this.It all depend's on how low you go.The general rule is anything lower than 1.5!!

If you lower your car, you'll get unwanted camber gain that ends up wearing the tires a little quicker to really fast. Depends on the car and the amount of lowering. To avoid that, a proper alignment done with a set of good quality (maximum motorsports only please) Caster Camber plates.
Lowering a Fox3 or Fox4 mustang more than 1.5" up front without several supporting modifications leads to a really poorly handling car that's jittery as all hell.
