Short throw shifters B&M or Hurst?

What is the best short throw shifter for my 1998 gt. Is it a B&M shifter or is it a hurst shifter?

they are all pretty close, people just flip out over the one they bought and assume its the best. they all have things better about them and things about them you wont like. its kinda like picking exhuast they are all better then stock just whihc one you want is up to you.

Oh and i prefer the Tri-ax

I have compared the MGW and tri ax side by side, have you? no. I didnt think so, I could tell the difference between these too supposedly equal shifters according to you...

Caseych go with the MGW you wont regret it

learn to read i didnt say they were equal, i said they have things about them thats better than others and things about that others have done better. And that anything is better than stock.

and i could careless if you have used both, thats how you feel not everyone is the same.

I have a Tri-Ax. If I had to do it again, I might get a hurst simply to say "hey, I have a hurst shifter". Back in the day, they were really cool.

jjtgiants 11-20-2005 05:57 PM

I love my tri-ax, but I've heard the MGW is very good also. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

Caseych 11-21-2005 08:14 AM

I ordered it.

Thanks for the info. I went ahead and ordered the MGW. I read about it on their website. It's probably biased but their info sounded really good. You all were pretty convincing about the MGW so I went with that. I am sure the tri-ax is good too though.
