Decklids

I have a 2002 GT with a spoiler and I was going to try and find someone with a V6 in my color and trade decklids so I don't have to fill the holes...are there any issues with fitting? I need to know If there are any differences in size for the 99-04 V6's vs. GT's :confused:

Thats weird...If I don't get rid of it this week then I'm gonna go buy some plugs to shave down then paint.
