Default Cover for saleen front fascia

Hey guys, I'm doing a lot of highway travel and the bugs are tearing up my front end.

Saleen front fascia + Trufiber Mach II hood

Any ideas on a cover that would fit my setup?

Thanks

Not a big fan on covers since they are known to scratch the paint of the bumper as it slides around when your going down the road, and have to take it off everytime you wash it and all...

the best bumper covers I have ever seen were the 3M Clear Bra ones, but they are a little pricey too last I seen them.

I'm in the same boat with you since I travel 100mi a day myself round trip to work and home and all my travels are hwy. So I would just have to say make sure you keep it waxed really good and clean.

Yeah I've been washing and waxing it regularly.

I will soon be traveling ~130 miles per day. I can get 26 mpg, but I have to drive about 60mph. What kind of mpg are you running?

I'd like to say I think you're both lucky to get over 10.

I'm not a fan of covers either, but the clear stuff is pretty interesting. I've never seen one on a Mustang yet. They're not that noticable, sometimes.

Overall I get 20 mpg, 25 highway.

But i have a bug problem too!!

Are the 3m clear ones okay to go with? As far as scratching and building up nastyness behind them?

A while back a local Viper club guy was telling us about somthing similar to 3M clear bra. It was really nice and you couldn't tell it was even on unless you were looking. They spray it on. The nicest normal car bra I've seen was made by Shelby (I think, it had the Shelby logo on it). It was on a new Shelby GT with a huge Kenne Bell blower.

Yeah they are pretty kewl, I met a couple down at Myrtle Beach at a show one time, and they were distributors and they had them installed on there lightening at the time. Think it was like $300 installed for it. But you couldnt tell the thing was even on there and it looked good to!
