a/c is out

Finally got around to taking out the a/c, an extremely easy job, although with the limited space the spring release fittings at the firewall can be a pita. Removed a little over 30lbs. and now running a 74.5'' belt...:D
Now just need to get some rubber plugs to plug the a/c lines at the firewall, I'm gonna leave everything thats in the dash on the chance the system gets put back in down the road. The pic is everything minus the silver line that runs below the pass. head. I also removed the fuses for the a/c, no need for power and in hopes no codes will be thrown. Attachment 16981 |
If I lived in a place where I didn't need it, I would get rid of it too.

I've had the car almost 4 yrs now and never used it, so I figured it was time.

Maybe I'll pull mine out today.
