What Tool Is Needed To Rotate The Tensioner Arm For The Drivebelt?

Either a 3/4" or a 1/2" socket, should be able to just insert the actual socket end into it and rotate.
If that doesn't work, you can rent the actual "tool" from Auto zone. |

It may be, I think the biggest thing was to find out what tool he needed. Now that he knows that a socket wrench will work, I'm sure he can figure out what size.. I hope.. lol

3/8 i change like 50 of these belts a month. Florida is f'in hard on serp belts they dryrot like crazy
