A/F Ratio Meter
would you guys think this would be good to help me make adjustments with the diablosport to my 2000 mustang gt? http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

You really should get a wideband A/F monitor and for that price I doubt that its a wideband. Not to mention if it was a wideband they would definatley point it out. You're usually lookin at $350+ for a good wideband A/F monitor. Just do the right thing and get it dyno tuned.

Much cheaper to toss it on the dyno and pay 50 bucks for 2 or 3 pulls and adjust the a/f ratio when its on there.
|
Get one w/ an actual gauge (whether it's digital or analog). That's fine to get it in the ball park but you will never be accurate and therefore is not worth it.

Innovate Motorsports LM-1 or LC-1 with a separately ordered guage is a pimp setup. costs a pretty penny but I love mine.

I was gonna get this product locally from someone for about 25 bucks.. not the full online price.

the range is still kinda small... it doesn't say if it's a wideband or a narrowband (I'm betting it's a wide band with a gauge that's limited to 12-15). I'd also much prefer a digital number display. I tried the whole blinky light thing and it's just too hard to deal with. You can datalog a LC-1/LM-1 too so you can look at it after the run is done.
