Car takes a while to start
When I try to start my car in the morning after it has been cold all night it takes awhile to start and I am worried that I'm going to fry my starter
I changed my oil about 2 weeks ago and put in 5w30 my fuel filter might have 5k or 6k miles on it and I changed my sparks around this time last year I'm wondering what the problem could be cause the battery seems strong and I got a new altenator about 4 or 5 months ago I also just ran sea foam through it a week ago and that fixed it for awhile till the temps go even lower so I think my injectors are clean |
Your battery may not have enough cold cranking amps. But I'm not much good with diagnosing cars having starting problems.

the battery is the only thing that I can't remember when it was replaced so it's a option
the car starts just fine when it's been warm within a few hours it gives me barely any trouble after I get out of work after 8 hours but its warmer during the day still. At night it gets close to freezing |
What do you mean the battery seems strong? Like it cranks over real easy?
Take it to autozone and have them test it, it will take you like five minutes and is super easy. |
yeah it doesn't seem like it is about to die when i'm trying to get the car going but I should probably head to autozone
