Brake Issues

I am having some high pitched squealing noise coming from my front passenger side wheel. I just replaced my rotors and pads probably 1,000 miles ago with new OEM parts. I also installed the steel braided brake lines from american muscle at this time. The noise just started about a week ago, and it only happens once my brakes have warmed up and I turn my wheel to the left (I would think that maybe my brake lines were stretching, causing the brakes to engage, but I barely have to turn my wheel for the noise to happen). My car did sit in a garage most of the winter (after the brakes were replaced). Any ideas what could be causing the noise? I thought maybe warped rotors, but that wouldn't explain it only occurring when my wheels turn and brakes are warm. Also, how easily should my wheels rotate if they are jacked up off the ground? I may be having some issues with my brakes rubbing...

Make sure your lugnuts are tightened down. It would probably be noticable but possible that if your lugnuts are not tight enough your rim could "tilt" and let put uneven pressure on rotor, causing it to rub against the brake pad on one side. A possibility. You should have used lubricrant on the backside of the pad, but if you hadn't then they should squeel whenever you apply the brak rather than just when you turn. Thats all I can think of right now.

When you did the brakes did you use brake grease and lube up the caliper slides so the caliper doesn't stick and make the pads continue rubbing the rotors? and did you use an anti brake squeal product on the back of the pads.

Yes to both.
