Interior noise
 

my interior pieces rattle like no other.I tried previously to put the weatherstrip tape but it worked for awhile now it rattles again so i dunno what to do other then replace the pieces. Any other suggestions?

what rattles? my door rattles cause i think that the window is off the track or is loose inside of the door.

I know what ya mean Steeda21. My chit rattles too. most of my noise comes from the middle of the dash right where the left AC vent is. I havnt tryed anything to stop it yet but it DOES get on my nerves badly!

Fix is to get a loud exhaust or stereo.

where does it sound like th noise is coming from

something in the back of my car rattles. idk if it's in the trunk or the back dash area, sux when the bass is slammin'

the dash pieces rattle around my deck and the ac vent area, those pieces. And my doors are all f¨cked up it thnk cuz something is making them move around like no other

Maybe it's a Mustang thing. My dash around the A/C and radio controls rattles a lot too. Some days it's really annoying and some days it's not. Loud exhaust and stereo's don't matter either because then you have all three noises at once! Even more annoying! Just be thankful that it's not like a Chevy and the ENTIRE car rattles!

Easy fix. I had the same problem. I went to home depot and got some 1/4 foam window stripping with 3M tape on the back of it.....took the radio/ac bezel off....they are held in by clips so you can pull it off carefully. took the foam and lined it all the way around and re-installed the bezel and not once has it rattled since....that's been about 15,000 miles.

hmm.... interesting. I think I will have to do that! I think I need a new bezel anyhow because mine is cracked from a little temper tantrum :argue: and poor car got in the middle of it but when I do I will keep that in mind!

yeah mine doesnt rattle. just when i REALLLLLLY turn up the bass. but i dont really do that :salook:

My car rattles like a motherfawker...then again my car is a vert and they don't have the rigidness that coupes have. Also it also doesn't help that it have a tubular suspension and I use to beat the fawk out of it for a very long time...:(
