Car is jerking

Well my car for the last few days has been jerking violently, accelerating, cruising. and i cannt figure out while, a while back it would jerk some while i was cruising on the hwy, ill drop a gear a and give it gas and it would stop. well i changed the plugs, changed the injectors, the plug wires, and fuel filter. well a coupe of days a go i added a A/f to my car... mainly for the light show, seeing it cost me $10 for it, well after i pluged it in the next day is when this jerking started.
after two day i rechecked the plugs, rechecked the connections to the injectors, and cut the connection to the A/f. well it jerk for a bit then stop today it started back up again, i pulled the wire for the air fuel, (which was connected to the ECU, it ran fine, it still jerked some, and every once in a while would ( every mile or two give or take) it do it again.
i check my belt, its not totaly tight, but i think its good.. anyone have any idea, had the issues...

that happen to my 95 GT. it took me a while to find the problem. for me it was the spark plugs. they looked fine, but they werent the right fit. got them change and been working fine since.

Make sure your did not cut through the wire you tapped into. I had a similar problem on my old fox body and it turn out to be a loose ground strap.

ya... i didnt cut in to the wires.. i pulled the harness off and put a wire in the right hole.,.. thought maybe it was that... i took the harness off, took the wire out and put it all back togeather , without the wire. it ran fine for about an hr.. then on the way back from my g-mals it started back up for about 15-20 mins then stop right before i got home :angryfire...
last time i changed my plugs (two weeks ago) i had some oil (not to much) on the number 8 spark plug...
