exhaust choice

ok guys i think i have finally narrowed it down to a combo i think i will enjoy, i was going to go with magnaflow tru flow catted x pipe, and the slp lm1 catback. now my only question for you slp owners is would you ever do it again or feel you made the wrong decision with the slp? if so clue me in as to why you would do it different. thanx mike

Mine is not a dd so i'm ok with it. I've known ppl that have change their SLP system because it was to loud. If I were to do my exhaust again I would go with something different just to try something new. I dont regret making my choice. Slp headers, slp uncatted x-pipe, and lm2. Great combo..great tone and not obnoxious loud :Woot:

it is going to be a loud ass combo to say the least..if your at about 2500-3000 rpm, people about a mile away can hear you...i am redoing my exhaust when ever i get off my lazy ass and start trying to make more money..if u dont want it loud, LM2's are another choice, or the packs

EDIT: My car is a DD so it does ge annoying cruising

well i had bought the SLP cat-back for one reason,LOUDness,so i purchased the LM and matched it with an O/R H,sounded awesome for the first two months and then i got bored of it...also alot of people in the mustang club im in started purchasing it and it felt like everyone had em,just like Flows...so instead of wasting money on a new cat-back i opted for the LM2 resonators and O/R X...its alot quieter, but sounds awesome, and no one has em where i live...so im content, but if i were to do it again,id get the Borla Stingers!!

then again it will sound pretty badass with a mag.catted X..dunno if you have seen this but check it out...

Don't get LM I's. They are too loud and raspy. Loud Mouth II's are much more toned and not raspy at all.
