I installed my prochamber...

...but the driver's side front 02 sensor barely reaches. I had to take the car O2 connection off its mounting bracket and stretch it down to make it connect. I ordered O2 extensions from Dallas Mustang and I'm just going to use an extension so that the 02 sensor doesnt have as much tension on the wires.

O, and I'm sure I have it lined up correctly too. I even loosened it up again and tried to see if I could make it reach, but no amount of adjusting would help it.

Weird, never had that problem.

I have a friend with a BBK O/R X that had to do the exact same thing. I dont know why it is like that.

mark...with tylers o/r x we just un hooked the o2 connections from the mounting bracket it was on and it reaches perfectly...no tension or anything and they wires dont hang down

but the prochamber with the lm2 sound pretty damn good:boink:

i wish i would have made a video of it so i could post it on here...o well...maybe next time at work we can make a video

The problem is that the wire has more tension on it than I would like. The O2 sensor wire makes a Y and and the one branch of it that the O2 connection hangs on does not give me enough slack. O'well, the extension should be here this week and then it'll be fine.

So...how does she sound? Did you get the catted, or O/R? I'm waiting for my car to get back from the dealership on some warranty work before I put mine on (O/R Prochamber). Hoping for the best.

its catted because he hooked up the 02 sensors and didnt use MIL eliminators.

There is absolutely no way to tell from his posts whether his mid-pipe is catted or not.

The only 02 sensors he stated connecting were the fronts, everyone has to connect the fronts catted or not, besides MILs are for the rear O2 sensors. Most tuners turn off the rear sensors anyway making MILs unneccessary.

You are correct jdartt. It is O/R and I did use MIL Eliminators. I was referring to the front O2 sensors.
