dumb question about throttle bodies and plenum
 

ok, i know this sounds stupid, but is it possible to take off the top part that says accufab and pop on the pony from the stock unit? i like the horse look, not the words.

It makes sense, but I cant say for sure. I know the pony can come off the stocker, havent held the accufab long enough to check it out though.

There is no plate on the accufab plenum. Its cast into the plenum. I guess you could glue or double sided tape the pony thing onto the accufab one, but imo it would look dumb because the accufab is polished and the stock plate is not.

I hate adverstising for parts companies.

you can glue like above stated but the Accufab is pollished and the lettering is cast into the plneum itself. It probably wouldn't look real good with the plate glued to it. I think I posted some pics of my engine in the Photos forum, go there and check it out, I have the Accufab plenum and you can see it pretty good.

My dad said the same thing. He was like, I like the stock one just because its got the pony on it instead. I wish you could though, thatd be sweet.
